Evalloop collects data necessary to operate our comprehensive event ecosystem. This includes:
- Organizer Data: Names, emails, and platform authentication.
- Attendee/Vendor Data: Information submitted via public registration and ticketing forms. This data belongs to the respective Event Organizer.
- Telemetry & Analytics: Anonymous pageview metrics tracked strictly for dashboard presentation.
We process data exclusively to provide the Evalloop service. We facilitate event check-ins, generate visual certificates, map vendor stalls, processing judging leaderboards, and execute email communications on your behalf.
Evalloop utilizes secure LLM architectures (e.g., Gemini 2.5) to provide AI-assisted insights to Organizers. We employ strict data sanitization rules. Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as attendee emails or specific payment identifiers are never transmitted to third-party AI models. The AI only processes mathematical aggregates.
We do not sell data to advertisers. We share required minimum data with strictly vetted subprocessors for operations, such as Supabase (Encrypted Database Hosting) and Resend (Transactional Email Delivery).
Event Organizers possess full control to export, purge, and manage their datasets via the Admin Dashboard. Attendees requesting data deletion must contact the specific Organizer of the event they attended.
