By accessing and using Evalloop (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Evalloop is an enterprise event management ecosystem providing public ticketing, check-in infrastructure, vendor applications, analytics, and evaluation (judging) tools.
Organizers must register and maintain the security of their accounts. You are solely responsible for the event data you process regarding your attendees, vendors, and judges. Evalloop acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Organizer (Data Controller).
Evalloop supports integrated ticket sales and vendor application fee processing (e.g., via JazzCash or Manual Transfers).Evalloop strictly enforces a 5% platform fee on all successful financial transactions routed through the platform's automated payment gateways unless a custom Enterprise SLA is negotiated. Organizers are absolutely responsible for issuing consumer refunds when legally necessary, although Evalloop provides tools to automate this process.
You agree to use Evalloop's AI tools (Copilot), API, and check-in scanner systems fairly and within the designated rate limits. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the AI context models or exploit edge function endpoints. AI-generated insights are provided without guarantees of 100% predictive accuracy.
Evalloop provides the infrastructure, but the event operations are yours. We are not liable for venue failures, WiFi outages (though our scanners support offline mode), financial chargebacks initiated by your ticket buyers, or any disputes between organizers, vendors, and attendees.
